Postage
There are no additional postage fees with all UK hattieblushdesigns purchases. The postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class and the box is a perfect size to easily fit into your letterbox. Please contact me if you require an alternative postage, which I will be more than happy to accommodate (costs may apply). Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some deliveries may take longer than usual.
The earrings are lovingly packaged using all recyclable materials.
Refunds and Returns
For hygiene reasons I'm unable to accept returns on all earrings.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on an item that is faulty.

Earring backs
All ready made earrings are made as standard with hypoallergenic surgical steel earrings backs.
If there is a style from my ready made collections that you would like with sterling silver, please get in touch.
I also offer clip on backs at request, although not all styles are compatible. So please get in touch to discuss this option.
Earring Care
Handmade with love all items are made to be treasured.
Polymer clay is strong and naturally flexible though please avoid bending your jewellery to maintain its strength and earring shape.
Avoid exposure to excess water and clean with a damp cloth.
When not being worn please store your earrings in a box/cotton bag and keep in a dry environment
